Nail Salon Policy
1. No Refunds
All services provided by our salon are non-refundable. We strive to deliver the best quality and satisfaction, but once a service is completed, no refunds will be issued.
2. Service Guarantee
- Gel Polish Guarantee: We offer a 7-day guarantee for gel polish services. If your gel polish chips or breaks within 7 days, we will fix it free of charge.
- Artificial Nails Warranty: We provide a 10-day warranty for artificial nail enhancements. If your artificial nails break or lift within this period, we will repair them at no cost.
3. Shape & Color Responsibility
- You are fully responsible for your choice of nail shape and color during the service.
- Once the service is completed or while it is in progress, we cannot change the shape or color, and no refunds or redos will be offered.
4. Health Conditions & Allergies
- If you have any health conditions, such as diabetes or allergies, you must inform us before booking your appointment.
- Failure to disclose such conditions before your visit means we do not take any responsibility for any reactions or complications that may arise.
5. Late Arrival Policy
- If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
- If you notify us in advance that you will be late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service time may be shortened depending on availability.
6. Appointment & Responsibility
- If a repair is needed due to improper aftercare or accidental damage, additional charges may apply.
